From 106 KG at 18 years old to 64Kg in 2 years
I do not know about you but about me, it was a moment in my life where I thought that was not possible. I could not imagine how I would lose weigh so that my body is more or less normal. How I could make it in such way that people will not laugh for the way my large belly got over my belt, the trouser were almost about to crack and my heart was pouting only imagining of doing any physical exercise.
My story
Allow me now to share with you my little story. Upon that, you will have formed a better idea on what I have been trough. Lastly, this introduction ends with my commitment of providing you inspiration and information which I desire that will make you get engaged into a wonderful experience, which will change your life for the better.
In 1995, it was a pretty normal summer day. I had just finished my driving lessons and came back home. I was left by the teacher just on the opposite side of the route of my twelve floors building where I used to live. I ran quickly to cross over the street and headed towards the door of the building.
Outside the temperature was high, around 35°C. When I reached the interior of the building, it felt a lot better. A fresh, cool air touched my body. I went towards the elevator and noticed that once more, it was out of order. Then for a couple of seconds I stopped. I immediately realized that I had to use the stairs. I was living at the 5th floor. The stairs represented a normal challenge even for somebody in pretty good physical condition and I knew that was not me. At that time I was weighting about 106 Kg, and was 18 years old.
I did not really have much choice and walked hesitantly towards what I knew it was going to be pretty tough action. I walk up the stairs slowly. With all that when I was at the second level; my heart was betting faster, I felt a warm filling in all my body, starting to sweat a little bit. The higher I was walking on the stairs the worse the situation became. I finally managed to get to the 5th floor. I entered my apartment and went directly into the living room and lying on the sofa, so my breathing and body could calm down.
While sitting there, I felt the sweating running down my body, the lower level of my fat belly was tight against my trousers. The breathing was a bit heavy and felt very warm all over.
There was a moment of crucial importance. The last drop of sweating was filling a full glass and all started to fall. It was a mental flash a realization. I saw my overweight body and felt that very terrible, uncomfortable feeling and one simple truth came in my mind: “This is not me. I do not see myself overweight.” This very simple concept since that moment has turned around the situation on my body weight. Over two years from that moment I lost 42kg and from 106Kg I reached 64Kg. Since more then 10 years I am around 75Kg at 183 cm.
I want this not a bragging about me. At that moment I did not realize what I was doing. Since then, I was very much interested to know what happened. After a lot of research I came across with revolutionary information. It helped me better understand myself, my relation with my mind and body. I also got so excited about it that I desire to share this information with you.
