Understanding

“You must be before you can do; you must do before you can have”

The issue of dieting is quite a complex one. New advancement in medical science and other disciplines brings to light more and more information on the possible causes for weight problem. From genetic influences, family habits, various collateral diseases, lack of exercise overeating are only a small part of the causes we find in various publications. The ultimate answer to this dilemma has not yet been brought about.

The whole site was created with the idea in mind that will bring value to you. It is my intention to create here an environment where you gather a profound understanding on this approach to dieting.

When I am talking about understanding it is about that attitude where you know something with all your being. It is not about reading, memorizing and being able to repeat back some content. It is about having the capacity to feel in your whole being the information you gathered. It is about incorporating believes that support your efforts to shape your body the way you desire. It is about easily making decisions that springs from the soil of your being where you fully, clearly and unquestionably understand the consequences of each action you take in the context of dieting.
