It is my believe that the most efficient solutions are very simple. Our very complex minds have a hard time considering them even though this truth has been proven by reality many times. This part of the site offers you information that can bring amazing changes in your life. The free content that is presented here has been gathered over a period of many years from various sources. None of this information was invented or created by me; I just arranged it together in a simple to understand way.
Knowledge itself and information is worthless. Information that is being understood and applied knowledge are two things that brings about change.
Three tools and three habits
- Arrange your believes with Psych-k: believes are the key element in assuring a successful change. Your self-image is composed by the believes you have about yourself, that is where the key lies. Believes can either pull you away from you objective or bring you closer to it. One of the best ways I have found so far in communicating directly with your subconscious mind is using Psych-k. - Will power and imagination: Once your believes are aligned with your objective it is necessary to use wisely two powerful forces: will power and imagination. Most people complain a lot about not having will power, discipline or not being able to visualize, using their imagination. I believe that we all have these “mental muscles” evolved at one level or another. Though, certain people in order to best use these mental faculties, first need to develop them some more. - Decision: The one thing that will make the link between the current reality and your future body you want to create. The decisions you take to act in a certain way shape your body. The mechanism for your decision is very simple and has two components: your emotional state at that particular moment and the level of analytical reasoning that you are able to make.
Three habits
- Monitor yourself: If you are able to step out of yourself and see yourself in real time the decisions you make the capacity to perform better decisions in the future is greatly increased. Simple exercise as examples.
- Drink your food, eat your drink: The moment the food enters your mouth your animal instinct is triggered. A foreign object is penetrating through your mouth and the need to break it down in peaces to devour it is very high. People eat a lot because they do not take the time to chew long time the food in the mouth. You need to leave it there until is liquid. Let the teeth do their job. Chew at least 36 times every mouth full of food. It is guaranteed that the quantity of food you need will be less. After a while you get bored and not your animal instinct has been satisfied. Keep both food and drink as long as possible in your mouth.
- Eat your breakfast alone, the lunch share it with friends and dinner give it to your enemy: The very first thing I have changed when I decided that I want to be slim was this simple idea. What this says is to reduce the quantity of food that you eat in the evening while increasing the quantity in the first part of the day. I added to this simple concept one element. Never sleep or just rest after a full meal. A walk or light physical activity is a must. If during the daily hours it is a difficulty, in the evening after work a light walk is more then recommended for reasons that go beyond just dieting. The stomach must be very light when resting or sleeping.
